About Roberta Countryman, FNP

Roberta Countryman is certified Nurse Practitioner with a graduate degree from Le Moyne College for Family Nurse Pracitioner in 2021 and Walden University for Leadership and Management in 2015.  

From 2010 - 2022 she worked as a registered nurse in a variety of capaciities from acute care to clinic to case management.  She was able to find her love for nursing when she decided to go to school for registered dietician in 2008 and needed an alternative path to the RD degree.  Her passion for fitness and nutrition has been present since going to college and trying to avoid the freshman 15 ofen referred to when beginning a four year degree path.  It was with this goal in mind that she began to work out, eat healthy and learn about how those two actions combine for a healthy weight and body.

Roberta's first job as a nurse practitioner has been with Kudos where she has been able to fit her love of health and nutrition with her love for nursing.  Roberta enjoys fitness herself and has experienced gym fitness to running and kickboxing.  She finds that an active lifestyle is helpful for, not only a healthy body, but also a healthy mind.
